eBay's Policy Change & how it affects e-patterns

well as you probably know by now, ebay won't let us sell digital goods, (E-patterns, E-recipes, E-Books, etc.) on their website anymore.....i have had a TON of emails, and i have tried to answer them all :)...so needless to say, i've been sittin' at my computer for many hours.......but i wanted to be SURE that you all know where to find my e-patterns!!

not only are e-patterns FAST, cheaper, & you can start your craft right away by printing it out yourself, but they are also better for our environment!!!!!!! HELLO eBay!!!!!!!!!!!!

here in the age when we need to be thinking more about how to be ECO FRIENDLY, ebay wants us to cut a few more of our trees down and clog up the USPS which means we have to purchases more stamps.....more envelopes, more paper....more ink.....etc, and cut another tree down....shame on you ebay!!!!!

Ohhhhhh did we get some snow?????? ;) yessssss we did!!!

i just had to update you & let you know about the snow that i was wishing for the other night! ;) wellllllll we GOT it!!!! on march 7th @ about 5:00 pm the snow started....the weather forcasters were saying we would get between 3" & 5"......the kids were excited! we had made a run to the grocery store to get that bread & milk, along with other various snacks and goodies to snack on in case we were snowed in :) because around here in this little southern town, when it comes an inch of snow, the whole town STOPS! we don't have snow tires or chains on our tires...we all have 4 wheel drive trucks & 4X4 4-wheelers to play in any snow or mud that comes along ;)....yeah, i am a true southern 'redneck' girl ;) some things we never outgrow here, and 4 wheelin' is one of them ;).....

ok....back to my snow story........;)

hubby, me & the kids watched the snow fall.....oh & it was big ole snowflakes, too! those big kind like in charlie brown's christmas ;)

i stuck my camera out in the cold to snap a pic of the falling snow.....

@ 10:00pm we already had quite a bit of the white glittery stuff so we were just so excited ;)

isn't that gorgeous!!!? ;)

we were all gettin' sleepy so we went on to bed....i am not sure what time it was, but i saw lightening & heard it thunder! several times!!!! YES i did.....i thought i was having some flash back caused from some of that demerol they gave me in the hospital when i had my last surgery! buttttttt nope.....the kids heard it, and so did a lot of folks here in this small town! ;) about 8:00 am the next morning i woke up & went straight to the window of my bedroom to look out....it was STILL snowing and we were covered in the glorious sparklin' stuff!!!! i woke the kids up, hubby was already up & about, and we went out the back door to have a look at it....our truck was parked in the back yard with our 4 wheelers on it and it was just COVERED ;)

well the snow kept falling & before it was over & done with, we had around 16" of fluffy white stuff!!!!! we had so much fun....bundled the kids up and they went to get with all the rest of the neighborhood kids.....they went sledding and played outside most of the day!! i sent in some pictures to nashville, tn wkrn news and our house was posted on their website!! another news station from nashville came down & came right to our street and filmed all the kids sledding so my hubby & kids were on the news!!!!! ;) it was such an exciting day for us :)

might not be much to some people who are used to it all of the time, but when you don't get a snow like this but once every 7 to 10 years, then it is a big deal ;)

now all the snow is gone...melted...back to about 60 degrees.....now i guess we are ready for some spring time weather?? ;) well it was fun while it lasted!!

Holidays............

Well I hope you had a wonderful holiday!!!

Ours was GREAT!!!!!! We just bought a new house, so we have been moving and it has been SO hectic......we closed on the house on December 17th, then started to move on the 18th ;).......We wanted to be in our house by Christmas to be able to spend the 1st Chrsitmas in our house.....We are moved in, but still have a TON of things to do to get finished moving!!!
